To be considered for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging, reflecting the same state as when it was received. We encourage our customers to carefully evaluate their purchases to ensure that they meet their needs and expectations.
Items Exempt from Returns
Certain items are exempt from returns due to their nature. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health and personal care items are also non-returnable.
Special Cases for Partial Refunds
While we strive for perfection in every order, there may be rare instances where a partial refund is considered. Examples include:
- Books showing signs of obvious use
- Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds
In the event that a refund is processed, we advise you to first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Should there be any delays beyond this, feel free to get in touch with our support team at admin@treyzo.com.
Exchanges
In the rare case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same product. Please email us at admin@treyzo.com with your request, and ship the item back to us at Dhaka.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once it is received and processed. If the gift was not marked as such, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Should a return be necessary, please mail the product to: Dhaka. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
